All items are available to return. Purchaser must notify the seller within 3 days of receiving the product in order to procure a RMA(return merchanise authorization) number.

Item must be returned undamaged, unaltered and unworn with original packaging within 7 days of receiving an RMA number from Kingmike Mining, Inc.

Any insurance claims for damage in transit must be initiated by purchaser.

International returns will be accepted, however the 6% service charge will not be refunded.

All shipping charges will not be refunded.
